Coach Saban told me and my mom and dad that my safety film was the best that he saw in my class, but I know there is always more work to be done. Coach Saban and Coach T Rob have developed a lot of players that have gone on to do well at the next level,” Woodyard said.

Kayla Braud

Just listening to her calling the games this weekend , I have come away impressed with her softball IQ. Yes I realize that most don’t become All-Americans without a high IQ in their sport but she just seems to get it on a higher level. She talks about situational hitting and noting mental mistakes. Maybe she is happy in the broadcast booth but I think she would also be effective on the coaching side too. Curious to hear what everyone else’s thoughts are ???

Football Recruiting Update on Rivals250 target; battle narrowing down?

After speaking with a few sources this one could be shaping up to be a battle between Oregon and Alabama.

Now that said things are still open and Frazier will take visits but there is confidence on the Oregon side and apparently Alabama is considered the major threat.

Frazier visited Alabama earlier this year and will visit again in the coming weeks. Frazier is a dynamic back who has soft hands, explosive get off, who can take the top off a defense.

The four-star talent is a name to watch heading into June.

In the next set of rankings Grimsley should see his position change with the majority of schools recruiting him as an athlete or outright DB.

Grimsley has seen his stock rise in recents months and should see the same with the overall rankings.

Grimsleys OV list includes:

- North Carolina (June 2nd - 4th)
- Penn St (9-11)
- Florida St (11-13)
- Alabama 16-18
- Michigan (23-25)

Grimsley spoke with Tide Illustrated about his list. Look for Grimsley to narrow things down even more soon.

“Bama was the first SEC school to offer. They need corners who can play man to man coverage. They also like my physicality. If you want to win, you go to Bama. That’s why I’m taking an OV there.”

l Think Coach Oates Was Surprised and Blind-Sided by Bediako Not Coming Back

l'm not being critical because it shocked me too. l think it surprised most of this board.

This is a big blow to our team for next year. Pringle is 6'9'', but can jump out of the gym. He is a good player, but we have absolutely no bigs behind him. He has a tendency to get in foul trouble. Last year we had Clowney and even Miller who could guard an opposing center if necessary. This year as things stand we have 1 center and 0 true power forwards.

Mighty late to be searching the portal, but we gonna have to find some help somewhere.
