Neyland stadium needs to be imploded

My wife is still recovering from a broken ankle so we parked in handicap parking and took their bus to the game. We got off the bus near the student section and had to wait on pregame activities. We ended up walking around the stadium to avoid the large crowd in front of the stadium. We walked over to where you pass through security and up the incline to our seats. Their wasn’t any kind of an organized line and it resembled a mob. Several guys beside me had large bottles of tequila and they walked right through security. This was 45 minutes before kickoff! There have been times I thought the entry process at Tuscaloosa was wild but not anymore. Did anyone else have any problems getting into and out of that big pile of concrete?

Is There Any Doubt Bryce Young The Best QB In College Football!

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind. and I'm confident in the minds of the 9 or more NFL scouts
in the press box for that game. With that thought, as a preface.....some .other thoughts.

1. The 'non-targeting' call to Young, the pass interference call on the Bama interception in the end zone, the
referees actually taking 7 minutes to decide to call an obvious '4th down' on Tennessee (Hmm, I guess that would have been just too. too obvious on national TV), else they would have declared it really only 3rd down.....all this, AND MORE, (like Gary Danielson literally "foaming at the mouth" with glee over all calls against Bama) ..any wonder that I wanted to 'puke' over this unabashed travesty for all to witness?
2. AMAZINGLY, I thought Saban was very classy, humble, quiet in his post game assessment.
3. Will Anderson was a non-factor......BUT, Tennessee using 3 to block him at times.
4. Alabama Safeties.......WHAT SAFETIES? WHERE? Did I miss something?
5. CNS has been preaching the exact SAME PROBLEMS over, over, and over since Game 1.....NO IMPROVEMENT.
6. 'PISS STATE' game should answer some questions.......lets hope in a good way.
7. Gibbs is GREAT, and shame Bryce can't win Heisman twice.

guy calling pass plays SMH ,

Football 🏈 Will someone have the balls to ask Saban about the lack of adjustments by his defense?

If I was part of the media I surely would. And if he tried to ask me how I knew they didn’t adjust, my answer would be because I watched the game.

I watched UT line up in the exact same formation and run the exact same play several times in that game and Alabama tried the cover it the exact same way each time.

It looked like when I played NCAA 14 on PlayStation and I find that one play that will work for a TD ever time because the computer never adjusts.

Defense and Special Teams

Yes, the defense had an unbelievable poor day to say the least. However, our poor special teams play put them behind the 8 Ball for 21 points! Here are the facts:

1) Opening kickoff, we get a block in the back penalty (we get at least 2 of these per game! Why not just call for a fair catch and get the ball at the 25?) so we start our first drive inside our 10-yard line. After punting, UT starts their first drive at their 44 -yard line! Quickly down 7-0, this set the tone for playing catch up in the first half.
2) Punting out of our own endzone in the first half, poor punt gives UT the ball on our 35- yard line! Another 7 points because of poor special teams play!
3) Fumbled punt gives UT the ball on our 35-yard line again after the defense had stopped UT. 7 more points with a short field!
4) Missed field goal. 3 points left on the table.

Who is our special teams coach? We need a new one!

Yes, the defense deserves a lot of criticism, but when you give an explosive offense a short field like we did numerous times, you're going to get burned!

Lastly, if we correctly manage the clock on the last drive and kick the winning field goal with no time left, the defense doesn't give up another 3 points.

I blame the defense for giving up 28 points not the 52 points on the scoreboard! 28 points given up to an offense like UT would have been a good day!
