When this season started did you ever think we would have beaten Tennessee, Auburn, Florida, Kentucky, and LSU. When is the last time that has ever happened in one season. Roll Tide!!!!

You would have to go all the way to the 2005-2006 team that had Ronald Steele, Alonzo Gee, Richard Hendrix and Jermario Davidson on it. We were a very young team, but I believe that Chuck Davis was a part of that team and he was one of a very few seniors on that team.

Jan 1 , I was hoping we could win 9 Conference games all season. Me of little faith.
NOPE! I wish I did have such foresight so that I could have made a bet or two in Vegas.
1955-56 The Rocket Eight did not lose a conference game. Check with Milso to confirm. I think that team was the first team to score 100 against UK in a game played at Garrett Coliseum in Montgomery. The sad thing is that I was at that game.

as you know our high school coach--billy crews was a member of that team. he coached at luverne until my sr year
