I don't know if anyone noticed, but in the fourth quarter, Cooper Bateman looked like an entirely different QB than what we have seen before. I know he was playing against a tired State team, but there was a poise and presence that was very stabling. I still hope Jalen makes it through the season as number one and plays every play, but I could live with Cooper in an emergency.
The second thing that I did not like, but understand, is all the talking heads this weekend talking about Jalen and the Heisman race. Jalen has come a long way this season.
