I think this is an amazing accomplishment at Alabama over the past five years..... Two remarkable stats are below.. one is that Alabama has had 15 players selected in the 1st round in the past five years (double any other school) but also, at least two 1st round picks in five consecutive years...

I was also wondering if any other college has had this run of at least two 1st round picks in a 5 consecutive year period?
Here's an excerpt from an article that summarized this streak in the last five years at Alabama and it seems as if that is an NFL Draft record set last year when C.J. and Ha Ha were selected in the first round...this would be the 6th straight year, extending the record, if Amari & Landon are selected in the first round...
Article excerpt:
"Five (5) Consecutive first rounds have included at least two Alabama players, which is an NFL Draft record.
When the Baltimore Ravens selected LB C.J. Mosley at No. 17 and the Green Bay Packers took S Ha Ha Clinton-Dix at No. 21 last year, the Crimson Tide broke the record of four consecutive first-rounds with two picks shared with Southern Cal (1968-1971 and 1980-1983) and Miami (Fla.) (2001-2004).
Alabama's other first-round selections during the streak have been LB Rolando McClain and CB Kareem Jackson in 2010, DT Marcell Dareus, WR Julio Jones, OT James Carpenter and RB Mark Ingram in 2011; RB Trent Richardson, S Mark Barron, CB Dre Kirkpatrick and LB Dont'a Hightower in 2012 and CB Dee Milliner, G Chance Warmack and OT D.J. Fluker in 2013.
With WR Amari Cooper and S Landon Collins leaving Alabama as highly regarded prospects this year, it seems likely the Tide's streak will continue."
