Who else, besides Bediako, is likely to wind up in this signing class (‘21)?

Unless I’m mistaken, we are losing 3 scholarship seniors (Petty, Reese, Jones) and a grad transfer (Bruner). Bediako would make the fourth hs player we take in the ’21 class, but it’s my understanding that there’s a good chance we will lose Q to the D league or one of the overseas leagues. It seems less likely that we lose Primo unless he becomes otherwordly in the upcoming tournaments. That means we will probably need to replace at least 5 players unless by some miracle, Bruner was able and willing to return.

I know there are a lot of moving parts here, but hoping that those of you knowledgeable about this stuff, (like Harper, mr4bama, etc.) will weigh in.

Thanks in advance.

Unless JQ explodes in a long tournament run, I expect him to be back. We, also, may bring in a transfer, like N Burnett, or like Bruner last year, for example.

Bediako would be the last high school recruit they’d sign if he signs. He should commit in about 2 weeks. JQ isn’t going anywhere. The only way Alabama lands a grad transfer is if someone transfers out and there’s always a good chance of that happening.
IF, the NCAA passes the one time transfer rule, it will not even have to be a grad transfer.

Ok, my bad, but I thought you mentioned a few weeks ago that, due to his age (22 yrs and being just a sophomore), Q might consider not returning. My apologies if it wasn’t you.

It’s all good. I remember someone saying that but don’t see that happening
