If you look at recruiting rankings 6-8 of the top 15 recruits are not yet committed or signed. Once you go past # 15 nearly all of the players up to 100 have committed or signed.
All the top guys left have UK on their list ... UK will probably pick and choose 4 of the 7 to go with the 3 they have signed.
