Baylor back In the News - $1.55mm shut up money rejected

The Baylor Title IX Coordinator refused to sign a confidentiality agreement. Looks like the sides were 500k apart. She is threatening to go public. She wants 500k additional to shut up Baylor offered 50K shut up money on top of the agreed 1.5mm base payoff.
