Is he a wing? I feel like the only think we really need is wing depth. Another shooter with length. I really like where we’re at with our guards

He's a 6'6" wing. Averaged 16.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and shot 50.8% from the field and 47% from behind the arc last year. Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, and UCLA are after him as well. He declared for the NBA draft a few weeks ago, and has retained an agent. His agent is a Kentucky fan, so that could make things a little more difficult for us.
If he has retained an agent, he is not eligible to return. He can test the waters just not with an agent on retainer. He will not chose us. From a friend of mine he would prefer to be part of a elite program. Gonzaga, Kentucky or Wisconsin.
He can return if it is an NCAA approved agent. Jaden Shackelford retained an agent last year when testing the NBA waters.
I understand that we're facing an uphill battle here. I also wouldn't consider Wisconsin an elite basketball program.

No. Wisconsin has a player always drafted in NBA. They are no Duke, Kansas or Kentucky. But they are on par with a Michigan State the last 10 years.
We’ve been eliminated. Kentucky, Kansas and Duke are the elite programs left. Mississippi State and Arkansas are also on his list of remaining teams in contention. Baylor is rated outside of the first two rounds of the draft so he’ll most likely play another year in college.
Mississippi State? I get the other 4. They’re elite programs. Not sure what the appeal of Starkvegas would be.
This transfer portal thing not working out too well for Bama basketball. Still have at least 2 spots to fill.
The one we got is really good but we need a couple of guys for sure. I would like to get a quality scoring 2-3 and a tough swing 4-5

The kid from Huntsville? Going to play with his cousin I guess. Geez.
I think the last 2 months of the season may have soured some on considering Alabama. Better be glad the recruiting class was already signed.
