He is recruiting his tail off right now and getting some kids that normally wouldn't look at State to come in and give them a chance. He also got 5star Malik Newman to be one and done at State. Most will you the excuse his dad played at State so it was easy but it wasn't. Howland got in late on his recruitment and also most one and done players want to go to high profile schools so they can get national exposure for their one year of college. He also is offering and recruiting the 4 or 5 big name recruits from AL in the 2017 class, so it should be fun battles going forward with CAJ, Pearl, and Howland.
