Just having some fun here today. I am sure if we fast forward to NSD I will miss some of these, maybe several. Keep in mind I will make predictions on each target prior to announcements. More players will emerge. Players elsewhere may decommit. So many things can change. You all are welcomed to throw in your predictions for the class. It is encouraged!
QB: Jarren Williams, three-star from Central Gwinnett HS in Lawrenceville Ga.
-Williams get the nod from the Tide coaching staff. He commits before the end of the summer.
RB: Asa Martin, four-star from Austin HS in Decatur, Alabama
-Alabama has put its hat in the ring for the top in-state back. He could potentially commit elsewhere, but throughout the year is pressed by Alabama and eventually signs with the Tide. Current Bama commitment Dameon Pierce flips to UGA.
WR: Justyn Ross, five-star from Central HS in Phenix City, Alabama
-Bama lands the No.1 player un the state, and one of the best receivers in the country.
WR: Jacob Copeland, four-star from Escambia HS in Pensacola, Florida
-The Tide turned this spring for Copeland who eventually commits to Nick Saban.
WR: Xavier Williams, four-star from Chaminade Madonna HS in Hollywood, Florida
-Miami makes an incredible push for the local state, and despite heavy press to stay home Williams signs with Alabama.
WR: Seth Williams, four-star from Paul W. Bryant HS in Cottondale, Alabama
-Williams decides to stay home despite Alabama trailing early in his recruitment.
TE: Dominick Wood-Anderson, four-star from Arizona Western in Yuma
-Wood-Anderson is one of the top TEs on Alabama's recruiting board. He will have an opportunity to make an immediate impact.
OL: Nick Petit-Frere, four-star from Berkeley Prep in Tampa, Florida
-A very small OL class for the Crimson Tide, but they get one of its top overall OL targets.
OL: Emil Ekiyor, four-star from Cathedral HS in Indianapolis, Indiana
-Ekiyor is currently committed to Michigan. Another trip to Tuscaloosa wins him over for Alabama.
OL: Rafiti Ghirmai, three-star from Wakeland HS in Frisco, Texas
-Bama pulls one out of Texas.
DL: Coynis Miller, three-star from Jackson-Olin HS in Birmingham
-Bama is pushing hard to land this elite in-state DL. Miller grew up an Alabama fan. The Crimson Tide usually wins these battles.
DL: Jalen Cunnigham, four-star from St. Clair County HS in Odenville, Alabama
-Cunningham will likely commit to Alabama in the next month.
DL: Eyabi Anoma, four-star from St. Francis HS in Baltimore, Maryland
-Anoma keeps things very quiet on the recruiting front. Alabama has a lot of success in the area. He is recruited by Mike Locksley.
DL: Andres Fox, three-star from Mobile Christian in Mobile, Alabama
-Another fan of the Crimson Tide inks with Alabama in February.
LB: JJ Peterson, four-star from Colquitt County HS in Moultrie, Georgia
-Jeremy Pruitt has a tremendous relationship with the elite LB who is also coached by Rush Propst. Pruitt was Propst's defensive coordinator at Hoover High School.
LB: Quay Walker, three-star from Crisp County HS in Cordele, Georgia
-Alabama has a strong lead for Walker, and should hang on until the end.
LB: KJ Henry, five-star from West Forstyh HS in Clemmons, North Carolina
-This will reman a tight battle. One likely coming down between Alabama and Clemson. Bama pulls this elite five-star.
LB: Jarez Parks, four-star from Sebastian River HS in Florida (gray-shirt)
-Remember him?
LB: Jordan Davis, four-star from Southwind HS in Memphis, Tennessee
-Bama hangs on with this elite commitment despite heavy pressure from other schools including Florida.
DB: Jaycee Horn, three-star from Alpharetta HS in Georgia
-Bama is a strong leader for Horn, and should get his commitment in the near future.
DB: Kearis Jackson, four-star from Peach County HS in Fort Valley, Georgia
-I expect Alabama to sign one of its premier cornerback targets. Jackson is one of those top targets. So is Tyson Campbell and Josh Jobe. Bama is still heavily recruiting those guys and hoping to flip Jobe down the road.
DB: Jayln Armour-Davis, four-star from St. Paul's in Mobile, Alabama
-From outside the top five to the signing class. This is another wild card prediction. Bama is starting to surge for the elite in-state athlete, and putting on the full court press.
DB: Kevontae Ruggs, four-star from Lee HS in Montgomery, Alabama
-Bama will sign Henry's younger brother. Possible grayshirt candidate.
Punter: Player to be named later
-Expect Bama to extend an offer to a punter this summer.
