I spoke with Ben Davis, five-star LB from Gordo HS in Ala., Lyndell Wilson, five-star LB from Carver HS in Montgomery, Ala., and Marlon Davidson, five-star DE from Greenville HS in Ala., this morning at the Rivals Camp in Atlanta.
Davis is visiting Georgia after the Rivals Camp. He still plans to wait until after his senior season to make a decision. He will return to Alabama soon for spring practice.
Wilson said Alabama is recruiting him the hardest right now.
Davidson said out of all the schools recruiting him the best relationship he has is with Kirby Smart. He said he speaks to Coach Smart at least once a day. He did confirm his older brother, Kenneth Carter, recently took a job in an off the field role at Auburn.
Austin Troxell, 2017 Rivals100 offensive tackle from Madison Academy HS in Ala., has offers from Alabama and Auburn. The 6-8, 275-pound lineman grew up an Alabama fan. He said it will play a factor in his decision, but will still try to find the best place for him.
