- Alabama defeated Mississippi State at home yesterday 81-73. Miss St ranked #94 in the NET so it was considered a Quadrant 3 win. Here is how Alabama’s numbers look today:

-Alabama moved to #9 in the NET rankings with a 4-0 record in Quad 1 games and 5-2 in Quad 2 games, while having the 18th ranked SOS

- According to KenPom, Alabama remains #10 and has the 13th ranked adjusted offense and 10th ranked adjusted defense.

- Team Rankings still has Alabama as 100% to make the tournament and 40% chance of being a #2 seed. I believe a #2 seed is likely their ceiling unless they just win out and win the conference tournament.

-Alabama faces Kentucky at home on Tuesday I. What would be a Quadrant 2 game.

Gonna be tough to avoid a loss or two in the next four games. I figure we'll end up a three seed when it's all done but who knows. We're still way early, but seems there's a couple one seeds that you'd rather not see within your regional whether you're a 2,3, or 4.

With 10 SEC games left and a trip to Boomer Sooner land next Saturday, we still have a lot of work to do. Oklahoma just beat #9 Kansas yesterday and are playing very good. KY is playing better as are several SEC schools.
I'm sure CNO is way ahead of me knowing what's coming up. It's great to have him as a coach.
