This is the seventh consecutive season a Tide rookie earned a spot on the all-freshman team, joining JD Davidson (2022), Joshua Primo (2021), Jaden Shackelford (2020), Kira Lewis Jr. (2019), Collin Sexton (2018), and Braxton Key (2017).

No one can say we won't play a freshman lol. Some first round draft picks on that list too.

Football posters up all their accolades so I hope basketball has someone making video signs and posters of this sort of thing.

Congrats to all the award winners! Maybe this will help their mental moxie and give them a fresh start to tourney season.
Coach Oats deserved the Coach of the Year honor imo. He is coaching 3 starting Freshmen a new comer Juco and a newcomer guard that all have never played in the SEC. That is incredible and a giant undertaking to win the SEC and possibly a #1 seed for the NCAA tournament.

Nate Oats not being Coach of the Year is a pure joke. Voters intentionally got it wrong. Probably best team ever at Bama and a legit chance they could win it all.
