Talk about your reaction when you received the bama offer?
⁃ It’s always cool when a school from far out comes to the west.. let’s me know they notice what we doing out here.
Your Initial thoughts of Alabama football and the program?
⁃ great program, great legacy. Gotta respect what they’ve done. I go to Long Beach Poly, so I’m used to playing at a school with a Legacy of success & deep tradition.
Do you want to get down to Tuscaloosa and visit? If so when? Could they get an official?
⁃ I’ll get down there to watch practice, will definitely take an official
Visit plans to other schools besides Alabama?
⁃ Miami, Michigan, Texas, Washington, SC, & Colorado to see coach Prime, gotta see Prime..
Do you have any leaders in your recruitment right now? It could be more than one school.
⁃ Too soon to say..
Decision timeline. Maybe not a certain commitment date, but a sort of timeline for your recruitment?
⁃ no timeline, I’m just focused on training right now. I’m tryna take my game to the another level, that’s done in the off season, so that’s what I’m on right now.
What did Alabama tell you when they offered you?
⁃ rather keep that between me and coach, but it was special, I’m grateful. They came up to my school, for a school to travel from that far, all the way to Long Beach.. that means a lot
Biggest factors that will play into your final decision?
⁃ Development & competition. I want to be challenged in practice, I want to be challenged in games. I want to feel uncomfortable, I wanna go where I can grow
