This kid is a big part of why our team has 9 wins. Been a great rim protector and rebounder all year. He did not have his best defensive game Saturday. Of course l doubt anyone does when trying to guard Timme. Timme schooled our bigs this entire game. Everything we tried against him didn't work. Bediko and Gurley double teams at times still could not stop him.

Timme is truly an All American IMO. Bediko and Gurley are not slouches. They are both very good defensive players.

Anyway lets move on to Tuesday night. Finally got an early game.

Bediako could have used the opportunity against a quality opponent to show his metal and not get pushed around. We needed more rebounds, points, and a better defensive effort. No reason why Bediako can't develop a low-post game just like Timme (who by the way used the same move repeatedly). Gurley and Bediako double-teaming should have been able to put the clamps on Timme, but they couldn't. Bediako is 7ft tall and sometimes plays like he is 6'7".

100 percent accurate. We let Timme get to the block to easily. Gurley did the best job pushing him off the block. We should have been physical with him and forced him to catch the ball high. And yes, Timmie going to the free throw line is not a threat. Also, when we doubled we were slow and weak. Surprised we didn’t make adjustments

Thing is we have depth to do it. Any other game we have at least 2 bigs in foul trouble, I don't think we had any in foul trouble. Another thing Bama has to start dictating them game. Bama was physical with houston and Memphis but just let Gonzaga get to the basket with ease. If Bama can clean up the turnovers we win every game this year by double digits.

They don’t have to watch for it often. Gonzaga is one of the few teams that post a guy up.

You are so right. I believe that Nixon was President the last time I saw a 3 second call.
