just talked to andre parks (assistant basketball coach and head baseball coach here in luverne) andre played all 3 sports here and played baseball at u.a.b.. coach Johnson came down and visited with DONTA' and then went down and visited with all the coaches a current players. coach parks got his kids out of class long enough for them to get their picture taken with coach Johnson. DONTA' told coach Johnson how disappointed he was that coach grant lost his job, but that he had respect for coach Johnson and was ready to move forward.
I do not know if we will win a lot of games or not (I think we will by the way), but coach Johnson has won the press conference and is becoming very popular. that is important right now
