Cornwell will be better. I've seen nothing from coker that says he can't get the job done and take us to the playoffs. I think the only reason coker has not been named the starter is because in practice up until A day Cornwell had been just as good. I feel like we will be a top 10 team with either one and probably top 5 Just because of our defense and punter. The only pass I have seen that he has trouble with is the wide receiver screen or hitch pass. He is a little slow getting it out. And it isn't his release so much as it is making the decision. I believe those two will compete again in the fall and I expect both to improve even more. For those who haven't noticed, coker and Cornwell have improved vastly from where they were last year. I can guarantee a lot of us would feel better if he hadn't thrown that one interception. We would be talking how he played pretty good considering it was a spring game. Instead one interception has overshadowed all the good things he did. I can say that it would be nice to have a quarterback that has a great arm and can run a 4.5 but we don't have a duel threat quarterback. we have coker and Cornwell. Lets just support whoever plays
