If you saw my thread a couple weeks ago on Jasper, you know that I’ve thought Alabama was leading his recruitment. I’m told he may be getting close to a commitment, and if it’s very soon, then it’ll be Alabama imo.

I got to sit down with Mikel this past spring and discuss his recruitment, and he debated on reclassifying to 2024. He did not, but Alabama was going to recruit him whichever cycle he chose. Even though Alabama already has Aden Holloway and Labaron Philon on the roster, and Jasper Johnson potentially committing, Alabama remains arguably the favorite to land Brown. He does not have a desired timeline to commit. Could Jasper potentially change his view on Alabama? Possibly, but I think he loves how Alabama plays multiple guards and rotates them a lot.
The 2025 class is looking like another potentially historic class for Alabama.
