really hate that his name was associated with Domestic Violence when he "tried to deescalate the situation" and basically was accused of breaking his girlfriends phone. Things have gotten out of hand. Domestic Violence is a serious issue but these cases being lumped in as domestic violence are making the charges seem silly. They need to rename the charges so that when you hear Domestic Violence you know that guy hit the girl (or vice versa) not that he kicked her car or broke her phone.
