The top-ranked Alabama football team faces another ranked opponent this week when No. 6 Texas A&M visits. Here are four burning questions the Crimson Tide must answer:

1. Will Alabama's offense continue to produce big plays?

Lane Kiffin's attack has the Crimson Tide getting big chunks of yardage on the ground and through the air. The 400-plus rushing yards vs. Tennessee was another step forward for this big-play offense, which is on a record-setting scoring pace.

2. What will John Chavis dial up for Jalen Hurts?

Alabama's true freshman quarterback continues to progress, but he'll be going up against one of the top defensive minds in college football in A&M coordinator John Chavis. The Aggies will want to keep Hurts confused and come at him from every angle.

3. Can Alabama score yet another non-offensive touchdown?

The streak of at least one defensive or special teams touchdown in nine consecutive games, dating back to last season, is remarkable. Alabama might need every point it can get against the high-scoring Aggies, so another non-traditional score would be welcome.

4. Will Trevor Knight be able to do it again?

A&M's quarterback defeated Alabama in the Sugar Bowl when he was at Oklahoma. He's a dual-threat guy who can pass and run, which presents a challenge to Alabama's defense. He won't be intimidated by the UA brand. Alabama will need to keep him in check.
