Dayton just knocked off Kansas. The same Dayton that entered the tournament having lost their last 3 games. All losses were at home and came against UMass Lowell, Austin Peay and Lipscomb. The tournament championship game will now feature Dayton against the Belmont/Iona winner. Not exactly a marquee matchup, and certainly not the Alabama/Kansas top 10 showdown that was expected.
