Not following very closely, but read the report today that the bettor was a high school coach at the reds stadium and was on phone with coach.


So, what if he just told the guy, “man, we’re screwed today. Pitcher hurt his back and we don’t have another starter”

Then the guy takes that info and tries to make himself a quick Buck.

Even if he told him knowing what he’s doing, inside information isn’t illegal in sports betting.

I’m Just saying, if the school fired him for cause to avoid paying his contract and this is the case he could end up suing the school…. More headaches and bad press.

This could be totally off base. just seems like a possibility. trying to give him some credit towards not being a total dumb ass.
