We sat behind the Bama bench tonight. It was really cool. We could have reached out and touched Miller and Byrne at different times. Just a lot important people right there all around us. But once the game started, not so much. We had no choice but watch the opposite end of the court on the screen. And my kid had to watch the entire game on the screen he could stand up the whole time and not see the court. The Bama managers and analyst or whoever they were stood the whole time. And some dude that’s a trainer or something stood in front of us too at times randomly.
I thought it might be difficult to see when the players were standing and excited and all. Never expected that 2nd row to just stand the entire time. 1st world problems but it was frustrating because we really went to watch the actual game.

Just another reason we need another basketball arena. We also have an entire lower section of Coleman that is filled by analyst and scouts. That should be fans seating.

There was a scout beside us for awhile before the game. He left and came back right before tip. Maybe he likes to sit away from other scouts? But he was frustrated at the tip bc you couldn’t see a thing. So he sat there a few minutes and he moves to an open seat further down towards mid court.
I’m not sure there is an answer, other than those guys don’t really need to stand up and act like they are coaching the team.

Ive been in those seats a few times. Not ideal to say the least. The back row in front of the rail is the best one because it's a little higher.
Those players are going to stand a lot during the game. The seats behind the scorers table is much better.

It wasn’t the players the other night. It was the row behind them, managers and whatever else they are. They didn’t sit.
