As a young boy- I was told by my playmate that he hated HST. This was after WWII, and during the Korean war. I was puzzled and asked him why.
He replied...."Because he's not doing anything".
I took this as a reason, but I didn't really understand it. What was he supposed to be doing?
As some of you know, I was in the military in Germany in the 60's. I was stunned to talk to these people. They were of the highest quality....moral, religious, even righteous. How could they have been duped by Hitler to do the atrocities that they perpetrated?
The point is-- they were in love with this "man" due to his charisma. He did some things they didn't like, BUT it was for the greater good.
It seems we are in a similar state today. Many (maybe most) of the younger generation like BHO because he's "doing something".
I've been accused of being "angry" by members of this board, and I've had many posts deleted by the mods. I must leave BOL now. In spite of my love for Bama football and the University I must say adieu. My freedom loving country is being raped in the name of "political correctness"-as well as these PC moderators who apparently dislike free speech and criticism of this present administration.
