They’ve got Coach Oats and staff are secured and have what they want and need. This is a great coach and we know it is hard to find a new one. It is cheaper just making this staff satisfied and locking things up for years to come. Plus we will be successful. Hope we don’t ever get complacent with things the way everything is out in the coaching world. JMO.
