I know my opinion differs from most of this board, but I think we are fine at center
jimmy taylor was really showing improvement the last part of last year. he was getting much more aggressive on offense and was going to the hole a lot better. he was also getting a lot better at playing defense with out getting in foul trouble in all but one of our last 8 games. he does need to get better at being more aggressive on the boards and blocking out on rebounds, but he will be a junior and I think he will do fine as our center
DONTA HALL has grow 2 inches the last year and while he still needs to bulk up some, he is a lot thicker now than he was a year ago. donta, can play pretty darn good with the ball in his hand and has a pretty good soft shot from 18 ft.. he can actually knock down a 3 point shot now and then if they do not come out and guard him. he has very long arms and loves to play defense. he is a damn good rebounder. I think that even as a freshman he will be a pretty good back-up center
mike kessens can move back to his natural position as a power forward now and I think he will be a good one. in case of injury and unusual foul trouble on both the other guys he can still serve as an emergency back-up center
I want ingram to join this class and then I hope we get the best other available player no matter what position he plays, but unlike most of this board, I think we are fine at center for the 1st time since coach grant got here. he is gone, but he did leave us in good shape at center--FINALLY--
