Battle bashers have never recruited and hired professional employees in a competitive environment. It's not always easy and certainly not an exact science. I don't fault him at all for his pursuit and actions re: Marshall, he did exactly what most of you were calling for before CAG was fired. That being said, the press release was totally inexplicable. It will certainly make his next calls more problematic. I still think we can get a better fit as our next head coach if we don't rush and settle for a B lister.
