Georgia governor just signed a bill that makes it illegal to entice a student-athlete to break NCAA rules. Interesting. Those $100 handshakes the "HBO Four" talked about would be worth a year in prison. Interestingly, it does not have a punishment for a student-athlete who is enticed to break the law... good for the goose and all that.
