Insight on Bear Bryant Memorbilia

Does anyone have any insight on this particular piece of Alabama Football memorabilia. I have this 1966 decal of the Bear standing on blue waves with the words "I Believe" with a copyright note of 1966 N KEY similar to the image below. I found this image on a website called The War Eagle Reader of all places. The size of the decal is 4x6 and on the back it has instrcution with a heading of Modern-Cal Instrcutions.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.
