Is a power run game antithetical to a Lane Kiffin offense?

This is not a rhetorical question; I'm still not sure what I think the truth is. I want to hear what others think about this.

I don't believe he is necessarily against running the ball but he doesn't seem to be opposed to running an offense that is not balanced. My concern is that teams that pass first never seem to dominate like teams that overwhelm you with a balanced attack that features a formidable, pounding run game. I am of the opinion that there will be no more titles in our future until we at least get back to running the ball better and maintaining a more balanced offense. Will this happen as long as Coach Kiffin is here?

I already know certain folks will be quick to blame a lack-luster offensive line in this situation but what I'm concerned about is coaching philosophy, not whether or not our offensive line is incapable of establishing a consistent power run game.
