I noticed in the perspective coaches list that you mentioned Andrew Toole, I bring this up because I am a huge fan of the guy as well, but I just wonder if at 32 years of age is he ready to coach Power 5 basketball?
I also really like Jeff Neubauer at Eastern Kentucky, Steve Prohm at Murry, Tommy Amaker at Harvard and Bryce Drew at Valparaiso. Sure I would like a big name proven coach, but I don't think the young route is a terrible idea either.
