USC has took every thing relating to john wayne down.
apparently he said back in the 70's some thing along the line of--i hope the laws passed will help the blacks catch up--
i thought that was the purpose of intergration, voting rights, and all the civil rights laws passed in the 59.s and mostly the 70;s. what is this world coming to.
