Go back and watch. They had just given up an offensive rebound for a basket before that dunk and Keon stood there and watched the battle for the ball. Then Keon dunks. A quick inbound resulted in a 1/2 court pass to a wide open guy in the lane who was suppose to be guarded by Jones. But why wasn't Jones guarding him closer you ask? Because Herb was also trying to cover Keon's guy in the corner while Ellis was trying to get back.

I just watched....we had 4 guys back guarding 3. Even if Keon doesn't celebrate, one of those 4 guys would have to cover his guy until he got back or they have to switch matchups. And he was literally ahead of the ball. He shouldn't have celebrated, but it's not the end of the world. I'm glad he was excited after he made a big play. I was beyond excited to see someone drive the ball and finish it.

There were not 4 guys back guarding three. Rojas and Q were backpedaling at half court because they were waiting on their guys, the inbounder and point guard, to come to them. They were oblivious to what was going on behind them and focused on their responsibility like Ellis should have been.

That sounds like the bigger issue to me. 2 guys oblivious to what's going on. I'm not sure why Rojas and Q needed to pick their guys up at half court without the ball? Get back first.
