Hate that we didn’t get a commitment from Walker this weekend. Doesn’t mean we aren’t getting one, but always best to get it before they leave. Assuming he still has several schools to visit. Would love to get a commitment from Miller soon. I guess next month is early signing period so maybe we will see some sign soon. Good chance for an unbelievable class!
Walker has 2 remaining visits scheduled - Houston and the cow college. I think we get him. I also think we lead for Miller. It all may hinge on what type of feedback he gets regarding his professional options. If we get those two then the remaining spot may go to Griffin or Hamilton. I'm not sure we'll sign 5 in this class, but that's just a guess.
I don't know anything about Hamilton except he was not in Rivals top 150 for the 2022 class. Did I just miss his name or is he in another class?
You have to be careful and not get caught up in the rankings. Trust the coaches to evaluate the talent. If Oats wants him that bad then he must think he's a good fit for his system. This is the same thing we were saying about Herb Jones and he turned out to be SEC player of the year.
I don't know what the rankings are. I watched game films on each player.
