and lose.. I suspect Bama women have to have marked improvement next year for her to keep her job. I think she has the best incoming class she has recruited coming in. We will see. Very disappointing loss.
Yes imo its time to part with the Curry’s!!! After ten years our program deserves much better. But I’m willing to bet you that nothing will be done! Seems as if our AD doesn’t give a dam about our Woman’s Basketball program!

She and her husband do not deserve another year. They are horrible.
Look/ UConn would have boat raced them the next game. But they should have won that game.
10 years is beyond long enough.
I can't argue the logic I just think she will get one more year. My choice would be the Shelton St CC coach who has won championships there for years. Too bad she wasn't hired 15 years ago. She can coach. Byrne may have someone outstanding in mind if he lets her go.
School needs to market and support the program better as well.

NINE transfers from other schools!!!! The portal if used correctly can be a lifesaver, but in her case it’s a quick fix!!!! Other posters have complained about her recruiting quality instate players, looking at the roster it’s blatantly obvious.
Our program will never achieve success in the long term with the pair of them leading our program!
I truly believe that the BAMA sports brand is at an all-time high! If our AD is worth a dam and truly cares about our woman’s basketball program he can get off his duff and have a National Coach search and find us a good/great coach!!
I’ll bet both Curry’s will be back next year and we will be posting all over about this again!!!

Ducky, I agree with everything you are saying. For those who disagree, google the post game presser from the men's basketball coach at Oregon, regarding attendance at the game, support from Duck fans, and surprisingly, his advise on continuing to be the head coach at Oregon. I couldn't help but think how great it would be if the Curry(s) felt the same way. Maybe our AD should goggle it as well. Roll Tide Roll!!!!
Doesn’t matter who the coach is if the Administration does not step up to the plate. Dawn Staley could not win at Alabama, trying to recruit to a 85 year old practice facility and obsolete training space. To win at Alabama will take a total transformation, starting with the Administrations support. Foster was a 1930’s public works project and was a terrible place to play in 1968. The training room was a joke in 1968. The women have a worse facility than any team in the Sun Belt Conference, much less the SEC. If you want to look at women‘s facilities, go to Troy. Winning starts with recruiting and recruiting starts with Administration Support.

LSU has a dump of a facility but seems to be doing okay.
They have a big name coach with excellent reputation that helps cover up the facility.
Yes, they still practice and train in Foster, which might be half the problem And Foster is still a dump.
Foster Auditorium home of the Lady Tide. Need I say more about the problem recruiting. I wonder if we house the women in New Hall? Women’s Basketball is an afterthought with the administration.
