Yeah. Also when you play a team like them, they are a team that will really force turnovers. Not being sloppy with ball is paramount.

Houston is suffocating on defense, Bama is really good on defense.
Houston averaging 56 mpg for opponents. Thats good defense.
Bama one of the top scoring teams nationally. I think we score more than 56 points and maybe many more.

I was just scoping the board and I see where the majority of locations have the number at 8, but there still are some that have it at 8.5. I hope I lose my money today, but I have got a bad bad feeling about this game. I do think we bounce back strong with wins against Memphis and Gonzaga and head into conference play 10-2. Let’s hope Miller gets hot and somehow hangs 30 on the Cougars.

Houston only gives up 47 points per game. 56 is the most that anyone has scored on them. I’m just hoping that we can keep it competitive and stay within the spread. I do think we will beat Memphis and Gonzaga regardless of the outcome of today’s game.

You play to win, obviously, but this game is another measuring stick for these young guys. Regardless of todays game, I think Alabama is a top 12-15 team, but my perception could change thinking Alabama is better than what I thought after today.
