USF was scheduled when they had that one realllly good year. Going to Tampa? Well darn well go to Ibor City and Columbia...best Spanish/cuban restuarant in USand location is historic. also a great cigar bar...just bring your own Cubans...and if nice to a server and tip well they have a supply but more expensive than a joint
