Orgeron is gaining momentum down there with the LSU fans. If LSU hires him it would be a huge mistake IMO. They are in position right now to still get a high level coach while the program still has some sense of being upper echelon. If Orgeron starts losing, he could set back the program for decades and basically put it back into the pre-Saban days for a long time as the other teams in the SECW pass them by.
