Things I would like to see today heading into postseason
less reactionary substitution pattern. Can’t end up with Gurley, Rojas, and Gary on the floor together bc a guy got beat on defense. I know we are trying to send a message but… I mean we gotta get to our best lineup WAY more often. Ellis. Shack, JQ, and a combo of JD, Gurley, Bediako, Gary depending on matchups/hot hand

I’m not trying to bash the kid, but there’s no reason for Miles to be getting minutes right now. Oats obviously has a different perspective… but I just don’t see any benefit. I agree fully with your rotation
I’m fine with him getting minutes, as well as Rojas and Holt, but it doesn’t need to be a situation where we go to them in critical moments and late in games bc we are mad a Keon or Charles lol
It’s March, the chance to “get through” to the team is over. It’s time to roll your best players in the floor win or lose. I don’t mine the deep rotation but the best lineup needs to be on the floor together atleast 20 minutes per game
IF Bama can win this game, they will have finished the last 4 games we were all wondering about with a 3-1 record. I know it feels different with such a bad loss to A&M but it is still better than most of us, to include myself, thought they would finish. I thought they would go 2-2, even said they were more likely to go 1-3 than go 3-1 so they will have proved me wrong. Hoping Bama beats the dog crap out of them...
I agree. It’s so hard as a mentally weak fan like myself to not lose my shit at a game like Wednesday. The truth of the matter, and the players know this, is our hay is basically in the barn regarding our postseason situation. You want to play well but these games aren’t particularly important other than trying to play your best ball before the dance
I’m not a fan of beefing up the rotation unnecessarily. We essentially have 5 guys at that spot: Miles, Gary, Rojas, Gurley and Holt. We don’t need all 5 to play.
We will just have to get used to this team being a turnover machine. Really frustrating to watch, but hopefully they can overcome that flaw. We have done it before.
I’d atleast like our turnovers to be from playing fast and getting stolen or something. Not just tossing it to their guy for a fast break in the back court
There is no way this team plays clean basketball in practice and then all of a sudden gives it up like a two dollar whore on prom night like they do in game.
So many of the turnovers are completely unforced
That's what makes it so maddening. I can deal will a great defensive play by the other team, it happens, they have talented players as well. But when you just hand it to them with lazy passes and stuff like that, it drives me crazy.

yea like shack getting stripped going up at the rim… that shit is just going to happen. I can live with it. cut out the stupidity and it will cut down our turnovers by 4-5 per game
Good point. We would have a floor full of non-shooters and ball-handlers (Gary, Gurley, Rojas, and JD). I'm going to just kick back and enjoy a Bama sports day with baseball, softball, and bb. Between the three I should be able to yell ROLL TIDE at least once today.

Well we aren’t the only team that can have a clunker. Arkansas has been so good their last 15 games and looks like poop today. Probably not a bad think to get that clunker out of the way. Teams are ready for postseason hoops I think
He has. Wish he could figure out how to play like this every game. We’d be a totally different team
Yea and I’m not saying that bc he has made a few 3s. Our offense has run better through JD
They have made some really tough shots this half. I feel like we are playing solid D. Murray has made atleast 3 highly contested shots and pinson just made a complete luck shot After pushing off
