game moved to Baton Rouge. A LA senator called the Governor of Florida asking the game be moved to BR. The call did not go well for the Senator it was short.
LSU gave up their hotel rooms in Ocala for evacuees. Guess they thought they would play the card of good guy giving up our rooms ... they are flying into Tampa tomorrow afternoon

UF AD and Pres are saying they are not packing up their coaches and staff and taking them away from their Homes and Families .... and the players are not going to be taken away from their families. Most live in the state and will be impacted by the storm. UF was not and is not going to have their team and staff in BR while their families are enduring a major storm. Many of the players families who were in areas being evacuated have come to Gainesville.

All of this is from a VERY knowledgeable person who said the animosity between the 2 schools is growing by the hour. LSU trying to paint UF as not caring about their kids, fans etc..... it has made it's way to the UF locker room.

Still no final decision but the SEC has approved a 1:00 Sunday kick off and they have done the same for USC.

Hey LSU we live in Florida we have been through a storm or 2 ... the people evacuating to your hotel say thank you, which is 30 minutes from the swamp, are not stupid they feel VERY safe going to Gainesville/Ocala to escape the storm. You can feel safe coming to play a game. Hey Corn Dogs Disney plans to open Saturday so if the game is moved go visit Mickey Mouse.

My guess is a 1:00 kick on Sunday. If the storm causes major damage in the Gainesville area the game will be postponed or canceled.
