Absolutely crazy that it has gotten to this point. The Tuscaloosa PD Detective or Miller's lawyer should have explained the timeline a little better about the text. The way it is still being portrayed in the media is that Miller went to his gun collection, picked out one he thought would get the job done and dropped it off at the scene. I understand that no one wants to jeopardize the ongoing case, but it seems like a few more details could have prevented what we have now.
