I have Arkansas finishing 0-2, and while I think they’ll likely pull one out, my gut just tells me they’ll find ways to lose. At UT and then against a hot UK team is tough.

I agree here. Several teams that have played above their heads and taken Bama down to the wire (or even won, see Oklahoma) have pooped the bed against their next opponent. South Carolina is the most recent example of this. I told some buddies to take Tennessee and the 24-pt spread yesterday and the Gamecocks didn't disappoint. After looking like world beaters against Bama by hitting several circus shots they completely embarrassed themselves yesterday. Just like football, this year's bball team is getting just about everyone's best shot.
I fear the game against Texas A&M will be officiated similar to the Tennessee game and if so we will lose that game. I hate away games in the SEC. You never know how much the refs will be a factor.
Yep, we were right on. Arkansas took Bama down to the wire then gets hammered by a Tennessee team that lost it heart and soul at point guard to an injury early in the game.
This is why the tournament is such a crap shoot. BB is a strange game one day to the next.
As l have heard Coach Wimp Sandersen say in the past, you are only as good as you play today. Last game and next game make no difference.
That is especially true in tournament play, when there is no next game if you lose.
