This would be a huge commit. Experience and a proven player at a position of need. I hope they go all out
he got about 15 and 7 at power forward. he scored 30 in one game.

Not an expert, but what category stands out? His competition will be stouter in the SEC.
i dont know that any of us are experts, but if oats wants him that should be enough for all of us.
Gurley is a career 48-50% shooter from the field. Plus, at 6-8, he can shoot the three ball as well.
I said nothing against Coach Oats decision or the player. I am not familiar with him and someone identified him as a “ great get”. I simply asked what statistical category was his best that he would bring to the team. He seems solid, but none of the categories, IMO, show star potential. Is he expected to be more than a solid depth player?

If we land him and Burnett I’m pretty sure that means we have to get rid of atleast one current guy right? Fingers crossed that’s Rojas.
And in your opinion who would be the likely candidates? I just hope it’s not JQ or Primo leaving for the draft or a surprise transfer by a big returner
Nah neither JQ or Primo are going anywhere. Would be Rojas for sure and likely either Miles or Keon Ambrose
Is it that miles would want out or is he just not a fit? The kid seems to have the potential to be a very good player.
Miles fits but is more of a project player. Likely wouldn’t make an impact until his Junior, maybe senior year.
If we land both, two on the expected roster for next year will have to go. I'm guessing Rojas is one, and if JQ goes pro, that will be two. I like Rojas, but he has developed the least of any player on the team.
