The prices should fall within the next year. Just have the plans done and the exact site picked out.Time to invest in basketball. Yes Bama has waited around till prices have shot thru the roof. They been waiting for 20 years.
Time to spend the money. JMHO
Yep! Not going to get any cheaper and Coleman Coliseum isn't getting any younger.Time to invest in basketball. Yes Bama has waited around till prices have shot thru the roof. They been waiting for 20 years.

I predict building materials, such as drywall prices, to fall in half by this time next year. With the building slowdown I see nationwide next year, I think they will have a lot more contractors really cutting their margins to get a sweet project like that when times will, imop, be massively slower on the building end. Add that to the materials prices dropping, and it should make a big difference. I, certainly, don’t envision prices increasing, unless the government, in their infinite wisdom, has a 15th stimulus. Another 9-12 months, if you have everything else worked out, isn’t going to change much, as long as CNO knows a facility is truly planned to be in the works shortly. Just my thoughts.Yep! i want a new arena just like everybody else but nil money seems like the biggest need. nobody wants a nice place to play with bad players. if we keep selling out coleman, i don`t see any reason to build a new arena smaller.I predict building materials, such as drywall prices, to fall in half by this time next year. We see it with almost all professional players. They would play in Siberia if that is where they got the most $.i want a new arena just like everybody else but nil money seems like the biggest need. nobody wants a nice place to play with bad players. if we keep selling out coleman, i don`t see any reason to build a new arena smaller.
I think it's on the Northeast side of the campus. The exact spot I do not know. The cost of concrete has really jumped and these areas take tons and tons of concrete. Where is the new site location for the proposed New Arena at?
Bama rarely sells out Coleman. Maybe 4-5 games a year at the most.i want a new arena just like everybody else but nil money seems like the biggest need. nobody wants a nice place to play with bad players. if we keep selling out coleman, i don`t see any reason to build a new arena smaller.
