I could see it as well but with the depth of this team man I just don't know. If Primo returns I have a hunch next off season we could see several players leave as the pecking order will be pretty well hashed out before the next cycle of recruits come in.Selfishly I hope it stays that way. I think he has a huge year next season....
I can see this, but it seems the equation works the other way for Primo. Go this year in late second or bet on yourself and shoot for top 20 next year.I think they have Primo rated as a value draft pick. He is not ready, but he projects as a first round pick if he comes back and has a good year. He could be a long term investment by a team picking late in the second round. You pick and pay him a little now in order to save a lot later. Picking Primo (link is to CBS Article) is like making two first round picks in a year or two, if you can afford the investment, while he matures.
