I guess there is no excitement in the second Day. USC and MSU are tied at half and Kennesaw State is playing Xavier close, halfway through the first half.
It would not hurt my feelings if UCSB was to pull the stunner against Baylor.
Sorry but UCSB is a walking argument for conferences that do not deserve an automatic bid to the NCAA. I don't think UCSB has played a team in the RPI top 150 all season. Appalachian State may have been the best non-conference team on the schedule.
Pitino has dropped some knowledge today in his in game interviews. He just said timeouts are a marathon in the tournament, so depth just isn’t as big of a deal.
He also talked about everybody being a shooter in the tournament in late clock situations. Because they gave up three 3’s to non shooters in their scouting report.
