NCAA Tournament Thread Friday.

Another day, there were some great games yesterday.

I guess there is no excitement in the second Day. USC and MSU are tied at half and Kennesaw State is playing Xavier close, halfway through the first half.

It would not hurt my feelings if UCSB was to pull the stunner against Baylor.

Sorry but UCSB is a walking argument for conferences that do not deserve an automatic bid to the NCAA. I don't think UCSB has played a team in the RPI top 150 all season. Appalachian State may have been the best non-conference team on the schedule.

Got a good one brewing between MICH ST and USC. Tied at 34 at the half.

Kennesaw is up on X at halftime 43-36. I know everyone had that one in their brackets.

USC HC is about a 1/2 inch away form a technical foul. The Ref is playing Deaf, which is the only reason one hasn't been called

Well, I sure didn't ahve UCSB or Kennesaw State in my brackets.

An upset would be MSU making the front end of a one and one. They just gave away six points; however, USC could not take advantage of the misses.

Kennessaw St is in a really good spot. Up 55-44 with 12:00 left. Gotta think if they can just get 10 more points without imploding on D, they win.

Maybe Nancy Grace should get involved! Then things will really go off the charts.

Sounds like it is about time to go on the offense and file some lawsuits against some of the media.

Kennesaw gave up 44 points in 28 minutes. Then they gave up 26 in 12 minutes. Tough.

Pitino knows he can coach some basketball.

Pitino has dropped some knowledge today in his in game interviews. He just said timeouts are a marathon in the tournament, so depth just isn’t as big of a deal.
He also talked about everybody being a shooter in the tournament in late clock situations. Because they gave up three 3’s to non shooters in their scouting report.
