We certainly have the best collection of wins. If we split Memphis - Zags, we’re probably already a tourney lock as long as we go .500 in SEC play. Of course, I want us to play for a #1 seed, so let’s win them all!

This team is showing a rare character as a group. Their attitude and approach coming off like a veteran team that has played together for a long time. If they maintain this thru out the season, they will take Bama to a level Bama has not seen before.

I am very excited too, but when it comes to the NCAA tournament, all you can ever really hope for is having a team with a legitimate chance to win it all. After that, there are just so many variables that can effect a team in a single elimination tournament. The South Alabama game, and even more so, the Providence game where we were the better team, but just ran into a team on a very unlucky certain night that couldn’t miss, and should have lost the game before to top it off, stick in my mind as examples.
