I was sitting at home last night and while waiting for the fight, I turned on the Clippers Spurs game 7. Folks all I can say is that I saw one of the greatest playoff basketball games ever played and one of the greatest performances ever in a game 7. It seemed like every time down court there was a lead change and a tie. Neither team wanted to lose and both played like professional teams. There were few turnovers and many great plays.
The play of Chris Paul last night was equal to Michael Jordan against the Utah Jazz and may have been the guttsiest performance in the history of basketball. I once saw Hondo and Jerry West entertain us in the fashion of the game last night, but games that well played are few and far between.
I am sure there will be a replay somewhere and you owe it to yourself to watch the game.
