It has been a rough few days to say the least, but ,I wanted to end the day like this...You know I have been an Alabama fan since I was 10 years old. 36 years. In those 36 years I have seen 6 national championships. 1 Heisman trophy winner. A coach that became the winningest coach of all time. I will never forget 315! ( 28-17) Countless all Americans. Derrick Thomas, Biscuit, Tommy Wilcox, The goal line stand, the kick, Bobby Humphrey, Lane Bearden punting with a torn ACL, I could just go on and on and on. But I have also been here for the bad times. The Perkins/ curry era, a coach that never coached a game here. Got caught with a striper and was putting it on the company card. The Shula years. Do we need to go back to the Mike Dubose years? My point is this. Have we had a bad three or four days? YES.!! But we are still living in one of the best times of Alabama football. Come September you can bet we will be ranked somewhere in the top 5 or so, and come November I would bet the house we will be in the National title hunt. You think times a bad now? Just wait a few years , bad times are coming. So soak it up now while it is good! Alabama fans, coaches, and PLAYERS have always made bad decisions through the years, but would I take mine over yours? You damn right I would! Any day of the week. Tomorrow I will put on my crimson ball cap with a big ole script a on the front and wear it loud and proud! ROLL TIDE brothers! Oh by the way I have got into my miller lites a little heavy tonight and I am just too full of BAMA!
